CurbClue is a free, community-driven platform where delivery drivers can rate and review delivery addresses across the United States. Whether you drive for DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instacart, Amazon Flex, or any other service — CurbClue helps you know what to expect before you arrive.

Think of it as a "heads-up" from fellow drivers. Is parking a nightmare? Is the apartment hard to find? Does the customer usually tip well? CurbClue gives you the answers before you accept that order.

How It Works

CurbClue is simple to use:

  • Search any US delivery address using the search bar on the homepage
  • Read reviews from other drivers who have delivered there before
  • Rate addresses you've delivered to across five specific categories
  • Help the community by sharing your real delivery experiences

You can submit reviews as a guest (with a screenshot for verification) or create a free account for faster, auto-approved reviews.

The 5 Rating Categories

Every review on CurbClue rates an address across five categories that matter most to delivery drivers:

  • Parking — Is there convenient parking nearby? Street parking, driveway, or do you have to circle the block?
  • Door Access — How easy is it to reach the door? Gate codes, elevators, long hallways, stairs?
  • Customer Interaction — Is the customer responsive, friendly, and easy to work with?
  • Address Clarity — Are the house numbers visible? Is the address easy to find, or is the GPS way off?
  • Tip — Does this address tend to tip well?

Each category is rated from 1 to 5 stars, giving drivers a detailed picture of what to expect.
